WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA. WE DO NOT HAVE NO CONTROL OVER USPS/UPS CARRIERS.
Please note we do carry some products from our USA suppliers which may have items from overseas, some items as well are from USA based warehouses.
Some delivery carriers can take 7-14 business days for shipping depending on the supplier or warehouse, B Inspired Collections apparel products (Graphic Tees/Print on Demand) as well as well as Specialty items made with natural ingredients can take 10-14 business days.
Please allow up to 3-5 days for order processing before shipped however sometimes the order can be processed within 24 hours. You will receive an email once item is shipped. 97.66% of our orders by our suppliers are shipped within 7-14 business days. There will be many times that half of our orders are shipped within 7 business days or less depending on the carrier or supplier. Please allow ample time for order processing and shipping. 95% of our products are POD suppliers and are made at the time order is placed: Shipping can be within 10-14 days
**Please note that B Inspired Boutique is not responsible for any items that are out of stock through our suppliers. There are times that by the time an order is placed the item may become out of stock in the warehouse in which case you will be notified via email and will receive a refund of your purchase. There are absolutely NO Refunds after item has been shipped.
Damages:
B Inspired Boutique does not assume the responsibility for shipping delays or damages as a result of the USPS/UPS ground or any shipping services or if your package arrives damaged or delivered to wrong address due to USPS/UPS error, B Inspired Boutique is NOT responsible and for these type of issues regarding the delivery of your shipment, you will need to file a claim with USPS/UPS directly.
Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held or stolen packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via the carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service that you purchase from USPS/UPS/Fed Ex along with your order, any shipping issues must be handled by the carrier. If an order is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to contact your local carrier to resolve the issue or file a missing package claim. If your product does arrive damaged you MUST provide pictures and provide pictures of the item(s) you received in their original packaging and condition.
**IF YOUR SHIPMENT SHOWS A CONFIRMED DELIVERY FROM THE USPS, UPS, FEDEX, WE ARE NOT LIABLE/RESPONSIBLE TO SEND A REPLACEMENT PACKAGE. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE/CARRIER TO OPEN A CASE REGARDING THE WHEREABOUTS OF YOUR PACKAGE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY DELAYS DUE TO WEATHER, MISHANDLING BY CARRIER, OR UN-DELIVERABLE ADDRESSES.

Our courier will attempt to deliver to your address and a card will be left if you are not in. Please contact the courier directly to make alternative delivery arrangements.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds on any items unless an item is Out of Stock.
We do not offer refunds except if an item is out of stock at the warehouse or with our supplier at the time of purchase.
NO refunds are given however ONLY under Special circumstances are Refunds given (if applicable only for certain circumstances), if applicable depending on the case is received and inspected within 30 days of purchase, we will send you an email to notify you if you are approved or rejected for a refund. All sales are final.
B Inspired Boutique is not responsible for any allergic reactions caused by any products purchased and no refunds will be given. We cannot determine if an individual is allergic to a specific product or ingredient, we do our best to provide products ingredients if available.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.
